- Open Prompts and click Add prompt(s).
- Type one prompt per line.
- To file them into a topic, click Add to topic. Pick a topic, or type a name to create one.
- Click the add button, such as Add 3 prompts.
New prompts run right away. Their rows show Running with a count of the answers in so far, and fill in as answers land.
Your plan sets how many prompts you can track: 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth and 350 on Scale. Every project in your company draws from that allowance. Near the limit, the dialog shows how many you'd use, like 48 of 50 prompts.
Group prompts into topics
A topic is a folder of related prompts. Its row shows the combined numbers of the prompts inside. Click it to open the folder.
- Tick the prompts you want, click Group into topic, then pick a topic or type a new name.
- Use a topic's … menu to Rename, Ungroup or Delete it. Ungroup keeps the prompts. Delete removes the topic, its prompts and their history.
- Pick a topic in the All topics menu to narrow the page to that topic and the competitors you track for it.
Which assistants we ask
We can ask eight assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI Overview, Cursor, OpenCode, Codex and Claude Code. AI Overview is the AI answer Google adds to some searches.
Your plan tracks four per project. New plans start on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI Overview. To swap one:
- Open Settings and pick Models.
- Switch one model off, then switch another on.
- Click Save changes. We run today's prompts on the new model right away.
How often we ask
New prompts run as soon as you add them. After that, we ask every prompt once a day on each model you track. The daily run starts at 06:00 UTC. A new prompt's first answers never wait. On later days, Claude and Gemini answers can take a few hours to arrive.
Every answer counts: one prompt on one model uses one AI answer from your plan's monthly allowance. If the allowance runs out, the sidebar shows Out of answers and daily tracking pauses until it refills.
What we read from each answer
The Prompts table scores each prompt and topic over the date range you pick.
Click a prompt to open its details:
- Visibility Score Rank ranks you and your competitors by the share of answers that name each brand. The Visibility Score chart shows that share day by day.
- Top Recommendations lists the brands the answers recommend and what for. Click one to read why.
- Sources lists the pages the assistants cited. Search queries shows what they searched the web for.
- Run history lists every answer by day and model. Click one to read the full answer, the brands it names and why, its searches and its sources.
